About Suzanne Miessmer, SRES, CREN

Suzanne is a lifelong New Yorker with a passion for helping others achieve their goals. Born and raised in the boroughs, she earned her bachelor's degree in economics before stepping into her most cherished role as a mom. Never one to stay idle, Suzanne took on freelance projects while raising her daughter and eventually launched her own successful e-commerce business.  Seeking a family-friendly environment, Suzanne and her husband relocated to Long Island, where she continued to excel in customer service at a prominent retail company. Her dedication and knack for resolving customer concerns quickly earned her the trust of employers and colleagues, as well as the responsibility of training new hires.  In 2019, Suzanne set her sights on real estate, obtaining her license and joining the reputable Team Carillo at Coldwell  Banker American Homes as Senior Administrative Director. This role combines her customer service expertise, and community ties, providing her with the perfect foundation for a thriving career.  Suzanne’s three active children keep her deeply connected to the local area, giving her a unique perspective on the needs and dreams of families in her community.
